Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Amma's Choice. This policy outlines how we get your order from our small laboratory to your hands — with care, intention, and transparency.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination

  • Shipping rates displayed at checkout

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • During product launches or holidays, processing may take an additional 1-2 days

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our lab


Processing Time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (if selected at checkout)

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; carriers may experience delays


Delivery Time:

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your package with the carrier

  • Estimated delivery date


If you haven't received your order-

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for tracking details

  2. Allow 48 hours for tracking to activate with the carrier

  3. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us at hello@ammaschoice.com


SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error within 1 hour of placing your order, email us immediately at hello@ammaschoice.com and we'll do our best to update it before processing.


DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

  • Take photos of the packaging and damaged items

  • Email us at hello@ammaschoice.com with your order number and photos

  • We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly


If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at hello@ammaschoice.com with your order number

  • We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue (replacement or refund)
